Join us for a Super Silver Doubleheader Open Sectional being held Friday – Sunday, October 14-16 and Friday – Sunday, November 4-6 at our Palo Alto Bridge Center.

All players and tournament staff must show proof of vaccination and be boosted, if eligible, to play in these sectionals.  If you cannot prove you have been vaccinated you will not be allowed to play. Proof-of-vaccination wrist bands will be handed out to attendees as they check-in and arrive at the event.  If you need proof, you can get a California Digital COVID-19 Vaccination Record here.

At present, masks are not required to play in the tournaments, although people may wear them if desired.  However, the ACBL will require masks to be worn if the Covid-19 Community Level for Santa Clara County rises to “HIGH”.

Partnership Desk

At any time, email your partnership request to Carl Baeuerlen at cullycarl@gmail.com. He will let you know if there is another email request that seems like a fit for you.

There will also be a partnership desk open at the Bridge Center 1 hour before each session.

Food and Drink

Coffee, bagels, muffins and snacks will be provided. Lunch will not be available onsite.  A list of lunch options located nearby will be available.

Parking

Plenty of free parking at the Bridge Center, including disabled accommodations.

  • We are prohibited by the City of Mountain View from parking on the street – NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • In addition to our parking lot, on Saturday and Sunday parking is available at the Wonder Years Preschool next-door.
  • Please consider carpooling or using public transit.

We are located in a residential area. Please limit noise in the parking lot and drive carefully and quietly at all times – particularly if leaving in the evening.

We have arranged for a special rate on Thursday – Saturday nights. For the October sectional you must book by September 29. For the November sectional you must book by October 20.
